Those are Celsius temperatures, probably (hopefully) from the middle of summer! I never saw a Fahrenheit temp in France, or any other British measure, for that matter.

Yes, those are hot summer temperatures. Notice the fan image in the lower right of the picture.

Oh good grief! Weather does not get that hot in Celsius anywhere. Could this be some other datum like air pressure?

Oh wait, sorry I was thinking about a different diagram that showed numbers up to 100 without indicating units. Probabilities of precipitation there?
