MSNBC’s “Hardball” host Chris Matthews remarked that Democratic presidential candidate former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s gender is “a big part of even today” and that she’ll be “hounded by a bunch of guys” during MSNBC’s coverage of her testimony before the Benghazi Select Committee on Thursday.

So, basically, a female Democrat can get multiple people killed by her actions, but she can’t be criticized for doing so because that would be “being hounded by a bunch of guys.”
When she was Secretary of State, she got four killed (that we know of).
When she’s President, she can get four thousand killed just as easily. Or four hundred thousand.
When you can’t play the race card, play the gender card.
This is just more of the same crap spouted after the one debate with Rick Lazio in when reporters whined about him intimidating poor little Hillary over a campaign donor pledge she refused to sign.
Chris, if she can’t handle a Senate committee now, then what will she do if she becomes President and Putin starts bitch-slapping her?

We’re equal equal equal until being equal isn’t an advantage. I heard this same crap during the Clinton years from arch-feminist Geraldine Ferraro who praised Janet Reno for standing up “those men” on Capitol Hill. Funny, I don’t seem to recall the same praise for Clarence Thomas standing up to “those men.”
Well heck yeah. Typical republicrats war on women of honor. Didn’t somebody just say that conservatives want women out of the U.S. HUH? Debbie blabbermouth maybe?
Hillary is a strong woman, unless you question her then she is a beaten down poor helpless woman....

I was thinking a different part of the horse, but...man, woman, black, white, it matters not. She was Secretary of State, and the responsibility is the same regardless to which sub group you belong to or identify with. If she can’t take the heat she should not have held the position. And based on this alone, she should not be considered a candidate for the presidency.
You’re right, he won’t take her gender into consideration when he starts slapping her...

Puhleeze. One of the reasons everybody has ignored her and never held her responsible for anything - not only Benghazi, but her invisible term as SOS - is that they’re afraid of the “female thing,” which she of course cites all the time.
Can you imagine Mr. Tingle’s (Chris) comments if Hillary was a Republican under a Republican administration? He’d grill her until she was well-done.
Yet another reason that Carly should stay in the race, and stay on her true task... attacking Hillary as often as necessary.
