He has no use for the constitution, nor the constitutional powers of congress.
He praises the legislation of the SCOTUS as “The law of the land.”

No “praise” there, just a recognition of the political status quo, which has been there since, what, last year? Or was it further back, Marbury vs. Madison?
If the people want to hem it in, this gets into processes that Trump would have no input into.
