South Carolina is a employment at will state. An employee can be terminated for virtually any reason, or no reason at all, so long as it doesn't violate discrimination laws.

I agree.

This is an extension of Loretta Lynch "War on Police." Since when has the DOJ become involved when a violent, disruptive student is removed from class? This is the same Loretta Lynch and DOJ who gave a pass to Lois Lerner.

More and more it appears we need somebody such as D. Trump to cut back on this this craziness. Dr. Carson and little Rubio would be over their head. Ms. Hillary would only continue this.

I think it was a good firing. He violated department policy regarding their use of force continuum.
