The dumbest sports analyst in the business today (and that's saying a lot) compared the supporters of the Tea Party to members of the Islamic State. ESPN's Tony Kornheiser, a frequent golf partner of President Obama, was interviewing Huffington Post editor Howard Fineman when the liberal editor ventured that Rep. Paul Ryan would have difficulty working with Tea Party members in the House. He said that the tea party faction of the GOP rebels dictatorial leaders. Are they like ISIS trying to establish a Caliphate here? Kornheiser asked. Yes, yes. Thats a very good analogy, Fineman responded. Without the violence obviously, but yes, they are a rejectionist front. Few appeared concerned with Finemans outlandish comments. The well-known liberal journalist took over as global editorial director for the liberal Huffington Post in 2010. But the backlash against Kornheiser rippled through social media on Tuesday. If Kornheiser was punished on Tuesday, it would have occurred between his midday radio show on his nightly TV show, Pardon the Interruption. Kornheiser hosted the radio show but was absent from Pardon the Interruption, even though he discussed guests for the TV show with his radio producer. Kornheisers Pardon the Interruption co-host, Michael Wilbon, also an Obama golf partner, said that Kornheiser was off for the night. Asked if Kornheisers absence from Pardon the Interruption was related to his comments about the tea party, an ESPN spokesman said no, but did not elaborate. Whenever liberals want everyone to think they're profoundly clever, they try to portray their political opponents as terrorists. . Not wrong. Evil. An opinionated blowhard who knows little of competitive sports and less about politics should be sidelined indefintely for accusing law-abiding American citizens of being terrorists.

ESPN laid off the wrong people, completely clueless about why people are opting out of ESPN on their cable packages.
Typical liberal a$$whole. Supporting the towelhead headchoppers and trashing normal people.
What is ESPN doing in this topic area at all? Isn’t it a sports network? They need to get their mind on the game.
I’ve never considered “jocks” to be the brightest bulbs in the box.
(Other than Roger Staubach, of course.)
Tony Cornholer.
Sounds like they laid-off the wrong people.
FU Kornholer.
The only guy on that entire network who appears to have a functioning brain cell is Mike Golic.
The Tea Party is the Party of the United States Constitution and the only political party out there that stands by that....this is upsetting to many especially Liberal/Progressives...they really find our Constitution an inordinate obstruction to their agenda...Socialism.
This little gay mommas boy is so bad ESPN cut him from Monday Night Football after just one (?) year.
Yeah, it’s a good one.
ESPN has lost over 4,000,000 viewers over the last few years.
What is ESPN seriously never understood the appeal
Make a list of the sponsors we are going to not patronize and list any and all email addresses if possible.
Remember, these are the guys who used to stuff smaller kids into lockers. Never expect much when you see a jock approach a microphone.
