My Dad and I would fly to Florida most Januarys toward the end of his life.He was wheelchair bound and looked far older than his mid-80's age yet the TSA would wand him and search him like you'd expect them to do with a Middle Eastern guy in his 20's.

I was tempted to protest once or twice but didn't...regrettably.

A man at our church was hired by TSA when it was first created. I was shocked because although he was a nice guy, he wasn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer. It was obvious, too, after even a short conversation with him. No doubt in my mind he fit the profile of someone who would gladly follow orders.
