Gee, I wonder what caused them to conclude that?

Simple
The more powerful and intrusive the government becomes, the more disagreements will exist. (struggles for power)

This is because the Democrats are moving to the left faster than the Republicans.

The end result of Democrats taking Saul Alinsky’s advice and setting out to DESTROY their opponents.
People tend not to like you very much if you try to destroy them.

Reading the comments section on that article is a special kind of infuriating.

The hatred is stoked by the rulers in the Uniparty.
It's how they stay on top.

It’s self-defense.
The Democrat Party has declared war on us.
And the GOPe cares only for feathering its own nest.

The more power the Federal Government, the more vital it is to control it. This is why the return on lobbying is better than the return on any other investment.

And the more it tries to impose a uniform set of perverse moral norms and corrupt legal restrictions over a free and diverse people, the more the law will be broken, until the government has to resort to the naked use of violence to compel obedience.
And then we will have civil war.

Think WWE wrestling... Dems and GOPe. Looks like a fight, sounds like a fight, but is scripted theater, the outcome decided. The Dems have sold their souls to Satan, the GOPe is in negotiations to do same. The battle for freedom is now entirely within the GOP... insurgents vs establishment. Notice the GOPe reprobates HATES the Tea Party as much as do the DemWits.

Democratic treason goes back at least to the time of Jackson, as the grave monument of Nathaniel Grigsby made clear.
Liberals, and we know you read FR, are advised to look up Grigsby’s gave on the internet.

You can't reason with a cult.
One of our former political parties has become a cult, with one true faith and articles of belief.
You cannot question these articles of belief, because if you do you have proven yourself to be an unbeliever and a bad person.
And as a result, there's no point in trying to have a debate about policy with these people, because they can't be reasoned with or persuaded by evidence.

I think that, in a representative democracy, political parties are inevitable. Perhaps not desirable, but inevitable.

Democrats are less intelligent, and they are selfish - too selfish to give their own money to charity, so they give other people’s money. Democrats vary from stupid to pure evil, and I would not approve of one of my children marrying one. Liberals are at best disgusting, petty tyrants, except for Hillary whose tyranny would not be petty.
