If Hillary’s server was both private, and backed up on a private company, then any attempt by the White House or Government to portray or claim privacy is incorrect. If the information was private, then the White House cannot hide it from the Public. If the information was Government, then it was not private and Hillary can be prosecuted for making Government information Private Domain.

Even if the FBI does an honest investigation, I find it hard to believe that the Obama DOJ will prosecute Hillary. Obama may hate the Clintons but he also wants the Democrats to hold on to the White House and she's their only hope.

I figure he will use saving her from prosecution for leverage, to force her to give him a lot of things he wants going forward (from 1/21/2017 on).

Well, if you have followed Stan Lee’s history at all you would see that he often doesn’t.

He is a petty conman with a string of civil suit losses. I don’t think the judges listen to much of the evidence anymore, they just rule for the plaintiff when he stiffs another mark.

Agreed. Someone in the FBI just recently said that "Hillary is to big to jail." That said, I don't believe she will become President due to her own continuing "untrustworthy" polls and people are just tired of the Clintons/Bushes/Obamas.

That's not including the political uprising towards Constitutional restoration and commonsense that created this great Nation. Obama's Hope and Changey thing went too far for those who are not "gimmedats". He's now getting the backlash.
