I never expect to hear an honest word from this Wisconsinite’s mouth. I will still be disappointed.

Many tyrants had communication skills.

“Power of the purse” huh?

With little Eddie Munster, the power of the purse is hitting someone with his personal purse if they point their finger (1st one or middle one) at him and call him a sissy.

How he is going to use said power, historically caving to Obama.

People still calling collaboration “caving”, I see. They aren’t even using Kabuki theater anymore at this point.

Well, there was the token protestations.
And Ryan saying “We’ll use the power of the purse”.
Makes me wonder if he’s going to slap people with a Givenchy purse.

Merely saying something like “we will use the power of the purse” is ambiguous in and of itself, including the meaning of rubber-stamping Obama’s agenda. It isn’t even Kabuki theater to the degree used by the GOP-e in the 2014 midterms, when the vacillated between saying “repeal Obamacare” and “repeal and replace Obamacare”, the latter having socialistic undertones.

Exactly.

But the overt in your face collaboration has not begun yet.
They’re still trying to be ambiguous and misleading.
When they drop the ambiguity, it will be quite a sight to see.
Personally, I’d rather they get it over with and done with.

This is a new low for the GOP. I cannot even imagine someone whimpier than Ryan.
