Apparently it was a cargo plane, very old, with four Russian crew and the rest local passengers.

Yeah that’s true. Sad, but true.
We have private sector people who are experts in these matters. I am sure Russia has its experts, too, but still...we have held their economy down and it would be nice to step up and help with this.
