(CNN) - Several University of Missouri organizations, including the football team and the student association, saw their demand met Monday when university system President Tim Wolfe announced he was stepping down amid a controversy over race relations at the school's main campus.
Saying he takes "full responsibility for the inaction that has occurred," he asked that the university community listen to each other's problems and "stop intimidating each other."

Missouri Governor Jay Nixon (d) must resign.
Itâs his board that allowed the racism!
EVERY curator on the board that runs the school is a Jay Nixon Appointee.

They’ve claimed a scalp.
An apology is an admission of guilt, even if you're not guilty of anything.
Blackmail works.
The football team is the major fund raiser for the place, they hold the key.. Is my best guess.
Add an activist inspired spark and milk the local political atmosphere, manufactured or otherwise. And wah laaaa.. You got a scene.. paging Gubinor Wallace. Line 3.
Correct x2
Well, that explains a whole lot of things.
Jay Nixon is a supreme idiot.
Another classic case of the inmates running the asylum.
That’s my guess as well.
What an anonymous mizzou football player told ESPN radio this morning.
Its easy to drop these kinds of demands when your football team sucks. If
they were in the running for a major bowl bid, theres no way they’d be
threatening to quit.
I know nothing of the man they took down but I know injustice when I see it. This was just plain wrong.
One day God will judge it.
#FakeRacialHateCrimesMatter
Gird up your loins for more of this nonsense. Starting almost immediately
I suspect the Chancellors met to decide just how big a “Golden Good-bye” they could afford to offer the former President.
Wolfe castrated himself publicly on camera; it was a sniveling, nauseating performance. One wonders what pressure or promise would make a man cripple himself in such a manner. What happened to come back with your shield or on it?
Same thing is going on at Yale:
And I would guess more protests are coming to a campus near you. This is not spontaneous, it is highly organized and it is the left trying to push a narrative. So called campus rape epidemic, female wage gap, white privilege etc....These are agitators looking for any issue that will stick to a wall. I canât find a single news source that can articulate exactly what they are protesting in Missouri.
In the end what have the protestors won? Nothing. Their lives arenât better, people donât respect them and they have done nothing to improve the future. Students at Harvard a few years ago ousted a big liberal president who slipped and mentioned that females and males have different interests. So they installed another liberal president and nothing changed. Males and females still have different interests and there is always a big liberal lying in wait to be university president.
Obviously the University President of Missouri was not up to the task and was weak. He couldnât even stand up to a fake crisis and whiny spoiled students. If the football team really wanted to affect change and improve their lives all they had to do was attend classes and study.
I think the guy was a classic kowtow-to-the-left liberal. And the book SJW’s Always Lie is right -— the SJWs go after liberals first. They don’t go after conservatives that much because conservatives tell them to bugger off. they go for the weaklings.
Never apologize.
Never resign.
Get a lawyer, make them fire you and fight it.
Never explain or reason with them.
Shout back at them. Call the names, insult them, ridicule them.
Let’s see, there’s more rules but I forget them right now.
With that grovelling âfull responsibilityâ kowtow to the football coach and loudest demonstrators, I would expect that he resigned âout of loveâ for the âplatinum parachuteâ he was offered in exchange.
Either that or heâs a spineless wuss. How does the Left continue to rule academia even in conservative states?
He blew it, so now he will pay : )
