Student leaders who didn't 'proclaim that Black Lives Matter' face impeachment [Thoughtcrime]

Students and alumni of the University of Kansas are coming to the defense of three student government executives who are facing impeachment on charges that they were not sufficiently enthusiastic in their support of a student-led diversity ultimatum. Student Body President Jessie Pringle, Student Body Vice President Zach George, and Chief of Staff Adam Moon are all facing demands that they resign by Wednesday or face impeachment proceedings after the Student Executive Committee voted 6-3 Friday in favor of a no-confidence vote against them, according to Huffpost. “Together, we must find solutions now that allow our school to combat racism and better serve the needs of students, staff, and faculty of color.”

The pressure on Pringle, George, and Moon came just two days after Chancellor Bernadette Gray-Little moderated a forum at which a student organization called Rock Chalk Invisible Hawk presented a list of diversity demands that included hiring a team of “multicultural counselors” for students of color and instituting “mandatory, intense ‘inclusion and belonging’ training” for students and faculty. During the no-confidence proceedings, the Committee specifically claimed that Pringle and George did not "stand in solidarity with their black peers and proclaim that Black Lives Matter" during Wednesday’s forum. Student senator Shegufta Huma, though, told Huffpost that the vote was not directly precipitated by the officers’ reluctance to endorse the diversity demands, but rather was the culmination of months of frustration at their failure to address racial issues in general.

“This is part of a larger pattern and some much bigger issues that (the) Senate has been dealing with in terms of our relationship with marginalized communities at KU,” she asserted...

The term, "Thoughtcrime", was popularized in the dystopian novel 1984 by George Orwell. Thoughtcrime is the criminal act of holding unspoken beliefs or doubts that oppose or question "the party". Orwell's "Thought Police (thinkpol)" were the secret police of 1984 whose job was to uncover and punish thoughtcrime against "the party". Thinkpol used surveillance and psychological monitoring to find and eliminate members of society who challenge the party's authority and ideology.

Thoughcrime is alive today and quickly and ruthlessly enforced in America's schools, corporations, government agencies, and everywhere, though it is known by another name: Political Incorrectness. The University of Kansas thinkpol have been sanctioned to enforce thoughtcrime on campus now. What are some examples of thoughtcrime? Believing in the rights of unborn babies, disagreeing with same-sex marriage, having a negative opinion regarding homosexual adoption, or not commissioning the Black Lies Matter movement. It also appears that the codification of these types of laws, in violation of the first amendment of the constitution, are near. There can be no disagreement with political correctness as defined by "the party" in the USA. The prevailing politically correct Zeitgeist of thought and behavior forces Americans to live a lie by denying reality. Fear of thoughtcrime and thinkpol compels cognitive dissonance. If reality contradicts the "the party", it must be eradicated for PC is truth. The Bible foretells that it in the last days people would we persecuted for mere words (Isaiah 29:21). What can save us from this new totalitarian system? Perhaps only believing the words Jesus spoke to Pontius Pilate...

John 18:37 Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.

In North Korea today.

People go to jail for not clapping hard or long enough or for not crying at a dear leader’s funeral

I wonder what happens to the students if they refuse to recite the “shahada”?

All this, courtesy of the community organizer in the White House, no doubt. He is pushing - he wants an "incident" in order to justify some type of ham-handed move against the (white) U.S. citizenry (probably taking away guns). Whether he gets it through an "attack" on an immigrant or one of these dopey college students won't matter to him.

Yep. PC is Cultural Marxism-—it is a system to control Words and Ideas-—so that any children raised in such a warped environment will “think” like the “Black Lives Matter” group-——all irrational, warped, evil haters.

Marxism is about grouping and creating hate/chaos so tyranny is possible. When you control the press, as Marxists do, the lies can be repeated over and over and the warped children listening to it will grow up to actually “believe” Vice is Virtue, boys are girls and be completely unable to have a Christian Worldview—the one which created the Age of Reason and Modern Science (Reason/logic are NOT allowed today to collapse culture).

Christianity-—the only ideology that allows Free Will (choice) and creates a truly fair and “just” system of Laws—is the only worldview in line with our Constitution and Natural Laws (science/Reason).

Read my tagline. Any laws that are not Just—are null and void.

“Students and alumni of the University of Kansas are coming to the defense...”

It’s the alumni who could make all the difference here. Let it be known that there will be no further alumni contributions until this Maoist insanity is stopped on campuses and this will clear up very quickly.

Alumni donations are what really matter.

Alumni donations are what really matter.

That was my first thought too. Let them stop contributing, and see what happens.

” not sufficiently enthusiastic”
And for failure to comply, you are trashed and fired. Bowing down in abject submission won’t help.

Exactly and why the alumni aren’t storming the campus/calling, now, I don’t understand.

We thought we knew how bad a second term would be. But we had no idea.

Tuition matters, too. Leaving your kids in these tinder box universities are asking for it. One odd look or word is all it’s going to take to set them off and too bad if your kid happens to be in the vicinity when it happens.

A bus stop, pool hall or warph provides a livelier venue for political exchange than does any US University.

Mr. Mercat and I are alums. I’m a double alum. But since we don’t donate we don’t have much influence. I think Mr. M is a lifetime member but that’s already paid up. We have two sons who are alums and they don’t send money either. I guess we could write a letter.
