Most states already have these orders in place. Best idea is to not hire them in the first place if you can avoid it. Nobody can wreck office morale like an LGBT. Unfortunately the problem is that the LGBTs like to infest HR departments and once that happens, that’s all that gets hired.

It just kills me to see politicians fall all over themselves to cater to such a very small minority group. If you go with a high number and say 5% of the population is LGBT probably only half of that if not less are State employees.
Plus, they are already protected by the State's “thug” Union. They couldn't be fired anyway....
