If Trump wins Presdent, he’ll get it next year.
That’s debatable. For now, Trump is only campaigning. He may turn the tide in America in the future. Merkel is killing her country and others right now. Ancient civilizations in Europe are under attack because of her actions. She deserves this label.
Depends on where you are. If your in a small Bavarian village of 1,200 people and are told by Merkel that you now have to house 5,000 young unemployed muslim men in your town then it's all about Merkel to you at this point.

Trump has shaped the US news as it relates to election politics this year, until his Muslim ban got him international headlines.
Merkel has been in the news as the money person behind the Greek bailout (and all the subsidiary issues around that), and in discussions about other bailouts, and has been the flashpoint of the so-called European refugee crisis.
Trump’s shaping has been more parochial, not global (yet). He still has something to shoot for.
