Even if you already have a job. HR dept’s see the red plastic cup and assume that there’s alcohol in it. The next thing they’ll assume is that the alcohol is being consumed in ways that are inappropriate for an employee or job candidate. Why don’t they just get a search warrant and bust into people’s homes or interview friends, relatives and neighbors? No wonder they say they can’t find enough “good people”. They assume negatively so much that their chances of succeeding in putting people with skills and experience to work are not very good.
