Yes, he was a crony capitalist cashing in on his connections until he decided he’s become president. Then, he decided he could do it best by pretending to be a conservative.

Pretending to accept your premise here, which I don't, at least Trump did it out in the open for all to see rather then in smoke filled back rooms for a seat at the table and campaign donations.

Trump is not pretending to be a conservative. He's running as a populist by appealing to the conservative majority. There is a difference.

Only one YUGE problemo with your analogy, amigo....

Donors own politicians....politicians don’t own donors.

Trump is blowing the whistle on, and the top off of what.....MOST of here....have been complaining about for years....our DC Reps living off the CheapLaborExpress/COC/GOPe/DNCe/Amnesty/Marxist trough, as set-for-life CAREER politicians.

I’ll side with Trump....the ONLY candidate NOT owned by ANY of the above....because he’s accepted not 1 cent from them....again, unlike ANY other candidate.

We know who the pretenders are....they’ve been fooling you for years.

Silent majority is silent no more!! Go Trump!! Clean the PAC/donor vermin out of DC.

Rafael Edward ^Ted^ Cruz is controlled by his rich donors.

Why else would he be pushing for 500% increase in cheap H1-B visa workers?

Why else he wants to give illegals (another cheap source of labor) a path to legal status?

Why else would he vote to facilitate passing of Obamatrade? (another cheap source of Asian labor).

Trump on the other hand has no rich donors controlling him. He is free to work for the hard working American middle class.

Then, THEY decided THEY could do it best by pretending to be conservatives.

That defines all of the republicans who ran for office as conservatives.
