Global Warning: Paris Climate Change Accord is a bureaucratic boondoggle
Legal Insurrection ^ | December 13, 2015 | Leslie Eastman

The UN Climate Change conference is wrapped up yesterday.

After two weeks of world leaders opining mindlessly, protesters heckling speakers, and participants enjoying lavish French cuisine, bureaucrats agreed to squander billions of dollars to solve a non-existent problem...[Break]...

The accord is so preposterous that even the "godfather of climate science", former NASA scientist James Hansen is ripping the deal apart before the ink is dry: "It's a fraud really, a fake," he says, rubbing his head. "It's just bullshit for them to say: 'We'll have a 2C warming target and then try to do a little better every five years.' It's just worthless words. There is no action, just promises. As long as fossil fuels appear to be the cheapest fuels out there, they will be continued to be burned."

It is a crony slush fund.

It is a way to (bribe?) influence officials to obey their donor masters.

Redistribution of wealth takes many forms. Some are just more obvious than others.

Its an excuse for another presidential directive. What will it be this time? All non-minority car owners will have to pay a guilt tax for not taking mass transit? Perhaps a $2.00 user windfall tax on a gallon of gas. Maybe a tire air recycling requirement where certified tire air must be purchased.

No matter what, you know its coming and it will suck.

Who cares? As long as it costs boatloads of money, especially rich country money, it's working as planned.

Absolutely, and modern plants are much more efficient.
It’s the non developed countries that must be regulated.

Boondoggle for whom?

Certainly not the political overseers that will have there fingers on trillions of dollars of tax dollars to dole out.

Not for the lawyers who have trillions of dollars to get from new regulations, lawsuits, and consulting.

Not for big corporations like Vestas and Siemens that will have trillions of dollars of business from new subsidies, mandates, and no competition.

Not for the tyranical dictators in third world cesspools who will get trillions of dollar to keep their third world cesspools third world cesspools.

Oh wait... The taxpaying Americans who will pay for it.

OK!! Everybody pay attention!

Lesson for today:

1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.

2. The sun is a ball of fire that controls the climates of all its planets.

3. The earth is one of the sun’s planets.

4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.

5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.

Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?

What this is really all about, is the push for one world government. Climate, as opposed to other issues, affects everybody, therefore the globalists see it as the perfect tool to put all nations under one world control...and it socialist-communist, of course.

Redistribution of wealth is an added bonus.

Thank God for Ted Cruz heading up the opposition in his two committee meetings on climate change. Trump, at least so far, is silent as an oyster on this issue.

Poor Jimmy. Just ask the founder of Green Peace. It is all about the money and power now. Environment has nothing at all to do with anything those clowns in Paris have done. Why not use the meeting of the world’s nations to address the Fukushima Pacific Radiation problem. Or third world raw sewage treatment problem. Why not ? Because those are real problems that require real solutions.
