I've been thinking about my criticism of a U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) study of tornadoes and hail in the previous post. I realize now that I was far too leniet on those who conducted the study. The study should never have been funded. It should never have passed the peer review process and it should never have been pubished in any scientific journal. The release was announced in a shall-we-say ungracious email to his email distribution list and a link is now present at the NASA webpage.
