I’m a Cruizer, but I don’t fault Trump at all for his followers idiocy. I think he’s fine on most of his foreign policy. So far. It’s not his fault he has some real winners in the ranks.

Nothing you have written here sounds like Reagan. You are one of these who advocates others to kneel.

I see your point and, from that point of view, I agree with you. I guess it depends upon how or where one defines weak.

Sometimes the physically strong are internally weak and use their physical strength to compensate for or mask their inner weakness and/or to service their ambition rather than the needs of those they lead.

These types will demonstrate how "a chain is no stronger than its weakest link" in the right/wrong circumstances.

I see Hitler as such a person and would characterize him as weak: no integrity, no virtue, no morals, no heart, just ego and the results to match.

Perhaps Stalin was not too different and the Russians suffered his weaknesses under the Soviet heel which Stalin's weakness made necessary. Were he not weak, no jack booted thugs would be needed.

North Korea has a similar sort of problem.

Regarding such people, Reagan had it right, but I also like quoting Ordell Robbie from the movie Jackie Brown:

"You can't trust Melanie, but you can trust Melanie to be Melanie."

Last summer there was an article discussing Putin and Obama’s faith. The largest percentage of Russians new that Putin was a Christian. A similar number of Americans thought Obama was Muslim. Interesting to say the least
It seems that the Russians think their leader is supportive of Christians vs the Muslim terrorists in the ME.

Cruz is also my first choice, but I can live with Trump even though I don’t really trust his recent about-faces on many issues. I mean, look at at the alternatives in the primary: Christie the thug, Viva La Raza Jeb, Rubio the two-faced sleaze, Kasich the GOP establishment boilerplate, Ben the pious fraud, Carly the shrill shrew, etc.

We will have to live with him for better or worse because people refuse to vote for the most conservative and best suited guy for the job.

While claiming they are conservatives I might add.

I think Putin wants Hillary in. An extension of the Obama admin where he can further his agenda. So if he says he likes Trump people may in his mind vote for Hillary. And if Trump wins he complimented him and maybe will start off on good terms.

The problem with your theory Hillary's first priority in Syria is getting rid of Putin's ally Assad, even if it means an ISIS and Al Nusra victory. She wants Syria to be a replay of Libya in 2011. Trump is fine with Assad in power and Putin bombing the rebels.

“The He man Putin Hater Club is largely populated by Trump supporters.”

Uh, that’s not been my impression at all. In fact, my impression has been exactly the opposite, namely, Trump supporters realize Trump and Putin would get along just fine as each would respect the other as being a strong man, and that Putin is tired of dealing with liars and obfuscators like Obama, and that Trump’s positions regarding issues of joint interest or concern would be crystal clear, thus there would be a clear line that each would know whether to step over or not.

I’ve seen the above in one form or another repeatedly stated here by Trump supporters, including me.

Furthermore, both Putin and Trump just stated as much here:

Then read the Russia threads and have your impression changed.

I am pro Trump. I am not “Pro Putin” but I am not freaking out over Putin’s foreign policy and actually think Obama is wrong and Putin is right on Syria for example. But Trump’s supporters are not monolithic.

I never said they were. I’ll state it clearly. I do not believe all are or that all are raving lunatics.

That said, my point stands.

Well, well: first the foreign minister of Mexico saying Mexico would “work with” Trump, now this.

He knows that Trump is going to turn the vast majority of our current illegals into legal immigrants and future Democrats. From Mexico's perspective, what's not to like about that?

Trump's Expedited Legal Status with Deportation = Amnesty too

He [Trump] continued, "I would expedite it [the process] because some of these people are fantastic people. I've been to the border. I was there a few days ago. I met some people. These are fantastic people, and they have great reputations within their community. So, what I'd do is I'd expedite it. But, you have to have laws. If you don't have laws, you don't have a country. I would get them out and try and - the good ones. And the bad ones, they're gone. They never come back. They'll never get back into this country. But, the good ones, of which there are many, I want to expedite it so they can come back in legally." Oh yes, and the INS will be so very selective about those "good ones" as directed by an employer of hordes of busboys, maids, groundskeepers, and construction laborers known to pay borderline slave wages in his foreign developments in such pillars of the West as Istanbul and Dubai. After all, CRIMES like Social Security fraud, tax evasion don't really count with the Donald. /s

See tag line.

Play a new tune, piper of nonsense.

You present no argument, no supporting facts, and no sources.

To such silly premises, none are needed. But the laugh was worth it. Try the comedy section of FR.

No, it wasn’t a yawn. That’s what I’m saying. It was funny. You have good humor there.

No genuine Christian leader would rob his people of billions as Putin has. His corruption is documented and goes back to his time in St. Petersburg in the 1990’s. Journalists have died for uncovering the theft of Putin’s mafia.
