A McDonald’s restaurant in Tennessee is showing its Christmas spirit with a painted nativity scene that has now gone viral. On Monday, Amy Basel posted a photo of a McDonald’s located in Spring Hill, TN with a nativity scene in between the messages “His name is Jesus†and “Rejoice†painted on the windows of the storefront.

I’ll be travelling through Tennessee this weekend. If I’m close to this McDonalds I will go there (even if I’m not hungry) and buy something just to show support for them. Should ‘corporate’ force the store to take down this picture... well... I’m not a usual customer anyway and wouldn’t see any reason for visiting again.
That was my first thought too.
McDs needs all the help they can get. They are now #5 in store sales across all fast food restaurants. Average store sales now only amount to $2.5 million per store on average, which is behind Jason’s Deli of all places.

Question— have any of you ever met anyone, such as Jewish people, who are offended at the mention of Christmas???
I never have. What I have heard are LIBERALS who claim that those of other faiths or no faith COULD BE offended. But have never heard people of other faiths actually take offense.
Is this whole debate about Christmas and whether we can mention it something invented by liberals to cleanse the holiday season of any religious/Christian significance? Rather than a real effort to make sure some people aren’t offended??
Does everyone realize that about 93% of Americans celebrate Christmas? For all the talk of diversity and such, Christmas is one of the most unifying events in our nation.

I can think of at least one small group who will leap at the chance to be offended. And the travelling CAIR press conference/circus will be onsite within seconds.
I know Buddhists who display Christmas trees in their homes decorated with Christian symbols such as crosses. Jews and Buddhists aren't offended. It's the atheist democrat liberals who have sticks up their butts, who are offended. Jerks all.
