Lifting the oil export embargo was the reason MT Rep Zinke (r) gave for a YAE vote (on his website).
He constantly prefaced just about every statement with how he was a leader in Seal Team 6. Reminded me of Yawn Kerry.
Surprisingly, MT Sen Testor (D) voted NAY, as did MT Sen Daines (R).
