Palmieri stated again that Clinton was not referring to a "specific" video.

Actually Bill Clinton is in a recent ISIS recruitment video. When they use the word “fornicators” Clinton’s photo pops up....I am not joking. GW is also in the video.

Trump is about as public as you get, and you can say just about anything you want about public figures.

The bar for libel on a public figure is very high. Not only does it have to be provably false, but it has to be shown that the person doing the libel knew it was false and that they lied maliciously.
