Mrs. Clinton has been dogged by media coverage and Republican-led congressional inquiries focused on her handling of the 2012 Benghazi, Libya, terror attack and her use of personal email for official business at the State Department.
In a Wall Street Journal/NBC News October poll, Mrs. Clinton was rated poorly for being "honest and straightforward," with 50% of registered voters giving her low marks, including 40% who gave her the lowest possible rating.
Experts who study terrorism say the evidence is thin that Mr. Trump, who urged a ban on Muslims entering the U.S. and mosque surveillance after the Paris and California attacks, has been a specific focus in terrorism recruitment and propaganda to date.
"The claim that ISIS has featured Trump in its videos is untrue, to the best of my knowledge," said J.M. Berger, a terrorism researcher and fellow at the Project on U.S. Relations with the Islamic World at the Brookings Institution in Washington. "They do talk about him and his comments on social media, as a vindication of their views on how the West treats Muslims, but so far, not in an organized or overwhelming way."
Civilian casualties from Western airstrikes are more often used to promote a sense of victimhood and the narrative that Islam is at war with the West, a study by the counter-extremism think tank Quilliam Foundation found. Many of those strikes are carried out by the U.S. military, an anti-Islamic State tactic endorsed by most presidential candidates.
"Collateral damage is the Islamic State propagandist's friend; dead babies and maimed children are instrumentalised, routinely integrated into a catalogue of crimes that have been perpetrated by the 'enemy,' " the report's author concluded about the damage inflicted by bombing and airstrikes.

Trump’s timing interests me. He nearly helped destroy Hillary during the summer and then held back his punches.
Why? I think he wanted her battered but not destroyed.
If Hellery failed to take out Sanders, the rats were going to find someone stronger to primary Sanders out — some fresh unknown or possibly Biden. Either would have been more difficult to defeat than Hellery.

Sanders is toast. So far as I know he still might be barred from his campaign database. Either way, he’s limping now and done.
So, in a few minutes’ time, now Trump delivers painful blows. He’s also rattling her cage. When Hillary goes ballistic, she lashes out at her advisors. This election could be the most lopsided in history.
It can't be ruled out that Clintons accusation wasn't an accusation so much as it was a public instruction to her allies in ISIS to make such videos.

This Clinton Foundation fund-raising letter is in the mail: "We need to make sure that discriminatory Republican messages fall on receptive ISIS ears. Republicans are recruiting radical jihadists to kill Americans. ISIS is going to people, showing videos of Donald Trump insulting Islam and Muslims. Only the Clinton Foundation can facilitate this, so please give generously."

TIDBIT That got the greedy Obamas into a billion dollar snit....seems their two get-rich-quick foundations, and the Chicago library fund, want first crack at the Muslim billionaires.....after all, Obama has done more for radical Islamic terrorism than anyone in recent memory.
Her ultimate goal has always been the Oval Office. Her boast of being "Co-President" was not idle hubris. When her legal career was thwarted after Watergate, she married into power, using William the Impeached as a stepping stone.
She then used the NY Senate seat as another springboard to power but was foiled again, this time by the Chicago Machine, who had already chosen a bisexual Marxist Kenyan Muslim to carry the party banner.
Examine her personality. She has the need to dominate. It's not enough that people obey her commands; they must be forced to obey against their will, or the needed gratification is not derived.
She is a compulsive liar. She is a consummate fraud. She is a lesbian with a deep-seated hatred of the men who, in her mind, deny her her rightful place in history. Never again must she be allowed to approach the levers of authority, for that day will spell the doom of the Republic.
