Louise Sunshine, a former New York lobbyist and real estate executive, has known Donald Trump for more than 40 years. She shared a small office with Trump just as his career as a developer began to take off. She helped him cajole politicians for tax breaks on his first buildings.
Knowing how Trump operates, Sunshine was surprised to hear his rival Jeb Bush brand him last week as a "chaos candidate." Trump, she said, "is the least chaotic person I know."
"The least," she added to underline the point. "And the most determined person I know."
Trump's raw, in-your-face style of politics can come off as random ranting. Over the weekend, he called Hillary Clinton a liar and Bush a loser. "Dumb as a rock!" he wrote of the former Florida governor on Twitter.
But if Trump sows chaos, it is tightly controlled chaos. The bluster and put-downs, by some measures, are part of a meticulously calculated strategy by a surprisingly disciplined front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination. Trump is the rare first-time candidate whose mastery of basic political skills is arguably unmatched by most, if not all, of his rivals in a crowded Republican field.

If Trump was a politician, he would have apologized to the state-controlled “media” and been long gone by now. The buffoons in the media don’t know how to deal with someone who is a hell of a lot smarter than they are.
I think every “gaffe” that comes from Trump’s mouth has been vetted, fact-checked and focus-grouped down to the last syllable. That’s why every one seems to turn into a trap for the media.
Well, he’s not exactly a first time candidate.
He trusts his own instincts.
The proof is obvious, following the media/Dem/GOPe "outrage" about something and their lack of investigation, a day passes and he's proven correct. I.E. using the schlong, the left is OUTRAGED, then it happens that even NPR has used it and trump was right. Same true for the Muslim celebrations following 911, etc. and so on.
His massive Twitter following and the inability of the media to stop talking about him doesn’t hurt either!
You can get away with a lot when you have an Army of loyal supporters watching your back.
Mr. Trump rallied several thousand blue collar workers that build his buildings and has made billions. Obviously, the man has his stuff together and does things his own way. This country is being offered an opportunity by Mr. Trump to Make America Great Again. If for some reason Mr. Trump is denied that chance, the American people will certainly have to revert to civil war to retake their government or capitulate to their crony establishment master’s plan of abject poverty and servitude for the masses.
Even Bill O of Fox Figured this out—Watch as Donald Changes into a more scripted and ‘Presidental’ guy once the votes start coming in—He will have it wraped up by April. People will be left with their mouths open wondering “What just Happened?” They have never faced anyone like him before. He will do great things—he has all ready and he’s not even President! His Changes will be real—He will be hated by the MSM for a while-—but they will come around.
America will be a different place under his Plutocratic Rule.
We know the liberal press is clueless, but even by that standard this is remarkable...
Does Michael Finnegan really think a person can create a billion dollar company while being chaotic?
Trump would have an easier time building a 50 story building than Michael Finegan would have putting on a simple room addition...or redoing his kitchen. Clueless... totally clueless.
Those that have been endowed with intelligence are intelligent enough to show it - unafraid to use it. You will never find them in a corner sucking their thumb.

Let me leave you all with something to think about before I wish you all a Merry Christmas.
Donald Trump has been in the business of building large commercial real estate projects in LIBERAL NYC and elsewhere for over 30 Years. In order to survive this, he has to deal with the following:
Neighborhood politicians
City officials, and politicians
County officials, and politicians
State officials, and politicians
Federal officials, and politicians(This includes left wing members of the House & Senate, like Chucky Schumer, and Hillary Rotten Clinton). Many of these NYC pols would like nothing better than to be able to say” I stopped Trump’s 400 million dollar project!! “ in their political resume.. In this sense alone, Trump had to become a veritable expert in politics, just in order for his developments to survive.
Now, Merry Christmas.
