Come to think of it, wasn’t there a dem campaign where the dem got ill, indicted, or something that made him ineligible, so the dems just plopped someone new into the race, someone who had not filed papers or been through a primary, who won? That’s another likely scenario, to pull a bait/switch at the last possible moment with the backing of SCOTUS.

Before that,they had Bill Clinton do it, to introduce him to the American Public and then they had Obama do it. When I saw Julian in that position ( which he was DREADFUL at ! ), I said to myself..OH OH. I saw what was coming.
