King Obama and his communists advisers designed Obamacare to destroy medical care. And they have fixed it so that now will be hard to eliminate and get the insurance companies to offer reasonable cost. This was the web of totally destroying America and turn it into a communists dictatorship. It has worked.

Wait until King Obama takes our guns away. He is working on that now and as America's dictator he will do it by the pen. Bet on it.

One thing the average person needs to do is get smart on withholding immediately. I personally always owe the feds on April 15th. Never get a refund where the feds can take it from you. I know they can always garnish your bank accounts. Once that starts happening the pitch forks will come out big time.

QUIT COMPLYING. We all voluntarily submit to the IRS and its dictates. The problem, fear of jail or more fines. Sounds like a personal problem to me. Somewhere around 100 million people supporting 230 million parasites, VOLUNTARILY!!!

Please, people, it’s not a tax, it’s not a penalty, it’s an “Individual Shared Responsibility Payment”.

Trump supporters need to let him know the following about unconstitutional Obamacare. Regardless what lawless Obamas activist justices want everybody to believe about the constitutionality of Obamacare, previous generations of justices had clarified that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for INTRAstate healthcare purposes.

With respect to the Obamacare mandate which institutionally indoctrinated justices declared to be constitutional, especially note the fourth entry in the following list, the excerpt from Paul v. Virginia. The Paul opinion indicates that Court had clarified that the feds have no Commerce Clause power to regulate insurance regardless if an insurance policy is negotiated across state borders.

Remember in November !

Patriots need to support Trump, or whatever conservative they elect, by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support the president.

An added bonus to such a Congress is that it can fire activist justices.

I’m 62. Even the bronze plan is so expensive that I can pass on insurance and not have to pay a penalty thanks to the 8% rule. To do it, I moved to KY, where my standard of living is MUCH cheaper and I keep my TAXABLE income below approximately $100,000. And because obamacare dramatically increases in price every year, I can continue to increase my income and still remain under the Minimum where I have to pay a penalty.

‘Course it means I don’t have insurance, but my wife and I saved $26,000 AFTER TAX dollars over two years. That’s roughly $1,100 a month. You can do a lot with that much money.

And the dirty little secret is that the price of health care is WAAAAAAAY cheaper if you don’t use insurance to pay for it.

A few weeks ago I saw an article in the Farm Bureau paper where a small-town mother was extolling the praises of the AFA aka Obamacare. She couldn't afford insurance before for herself and two kids, can't remember if there was a husband.

The article said, and I wish I'd saved it but didn't, that there were lots of people in small towns who didn't have a job good enough to pay their health care.

I thought, yeah, lady, an awful lot of people are biting the bullet to pay not only theirs with low co-pay, high deductible, threat of penalties, so you can have cheap insurance.

I'm not sure how it worked before Obamacare. I know the uninsured used emergency rooms, some accrued very high health care bills, the illegal aliens got a free ride to the extent that the hospitals billed insured extra to cover the indigent. And people with pre-existing couldn't get ins or had to purchase catastrophic.

I went for over 15 years without any insurance and paid all my medical expenses, some went into collection, but I eventually paid. Then I got catastrophic with a $5K deductible, can't remember if it had any co-pays or not, think not. That went on for about 8 years, each year getting more expensive until I went on Medicare.

Medicare is certainly better than aging and having no insurance, but co-pays for regular drs are reasonable, anything over that with a specialist which is everybody else, EACH VISIT, has a $40+ co-pay. It covers one eye exam a year but not glasses. It covers no dental unless I don't know how bad you'd have to get before they'd pay for anything.

It does have a good prescription plan if you opt for it. All the extras come out of your social security check, premiums for Part B. And then they robbed Medicare to pay for O'Care, and I had to pay monthly premiums, not too high, but I don't know what this next year will be yet.

The people on top notch employee insurance and Medicaid have it the best except on Medicaid they can seize assets after your death. I don't think there is a way to make it fair for everyone even if we went to single payer. There would just be more padding and abuse under that.

The proof is in the pudding. Obamacare hasn't cracked 20% voluntary participation in five years and IT'S THE LAW!

If you don’t want to chain yourself to the obamacare wall just dont send so much mony to the IRS through the year that IRS owes you a refund. As the law is written that is the only money the government can claim from you. f course Hussein or a bureaucrat can change that law at any time but for now that is how it is, unless I have not been paying sufficient attention and someone in the FDA or the EPA or DOE has already changed the law.
