N. Korea says it conducts successful powerful H-bomb test

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) -- North Korea said Wednesday it had conducted a hydrogen bomb test, a defiant and surprising move that, if confirmed, would put Pyongyang a big step closer toward improving its still-limited nuclear arsenal.

A television anchor read a typically propaganda-heavy statement on state TV that said North Korea had tested a "miniaturized" hydrogen bomb, elevating the country's "nuclear might to the next level" and providing it with a weapon to defend against the United States and its other enemies.

The statement said the test was a "perfect success."

The test, if confirmed by outside experts, will lead to a strong push for new, tougher sanctions at the United Nations and further worsen already abysmal relations between Pyongyang and its neighbors.

North Korean nuclear tests worry Washington and others because each new blast is seen as pushing North Korea's scientists and engineers closer to their goal of an arsenal of nuclear-tipped missiles that can reach the United States.

“As you know, a thermonuclear weapon is extremely difficult to build; India has some of the best scientists in the world, and it’s doubtful that India has produced one.”

Dadgummit, I been tryin’ to build my own outa match heads, firecrackers and fat pine knots, guess I better give it up then.

N. Korea may be able to build an H-bomb, but the country is still a cockroach motel.

If North Korea successfully carried out a Hydrogen Bomb test, then it makes Israel and Netanyahu look like prescient geniuses. Israel feared Iran getting a nuclear bomb and Obama made it possible. Everyone tried to stop No. Korea from getting a big Nuke and failed.

Now So. Korea in in more danger, as is Israel.

It seems the Obama foreign policy strategy is winning. Enable our enemies and endanger our friends.

YES HE DID!

Yep that’s the one. I’ve got the story somewhere but misfiled it so I had trouble making the reference. Thanks.

BTW I seem to remember that someone said - I don’t remember who or anything else - that the train explosion was not aimed at Kim mentally ill but was used to cover a Chinese underground nuke test ... true? false? who knows?

Madeleine Albright, the devious and treasonous old wrinkled hag of 78 years will now have to retire to her bed each night wondering if there will be mushrooms popping up outside her window while she snores.
And likewise, I hope that democrats all across our U S A will now retire to their beds each night also wondering if they'll have mushrooms popping up outside their windows. Thank you democrat voters, thank you democrats Bill and Hillary Clinton and Madeleine Albright!
And furthermore, all democrats should now look back on this detonation yesterday and fully realize that their voting democrat for delusional Bill Clinton has now endangered not only themselves, but all of their children to be charbroiled in a billowing and roiling mushroom of flames; especially on our entire West coast!
I hope all democrat voters fully realize that from now onward, they should never vote democrat again or risk even more rogue nation detonations upon us!

"I hope that democrats all across our U S A will now retire to their beds each night also wondering if they'll have mushrooms popping up outside their windows."

This problem reaches back at least 30 years and was under the watch of both Republican and Democrat Presidents, and Congresses.

Some did better than others, but there was always the risk of bloody war with China if aggressive.

And, nuclear conflict. Not Nork nukes though. They would have to transport theirs on a truck or transport aircraft.

Japan and South Korea has always constrained US options to diplomacy only.

Dumb bastards.

They should have stood and fought in 1990.

Yeah! Oh...wait...presidents of either party had better ask the big boss in the pointy hat first.

Commencement Address at Boston College (Secretary Condoleezza Rice, Boston, Massachusetts, May 22, 2006. US Department of State)

Excerpts:
As a student of a Catholic high school, the Sisters of Loretta taught me, I am pleased to be at an institution of higher education with such strong and celebrated Catholic and Jesuit traditions . . . You see, I got my Master's Degree at Notre Dame. (Boos.) I acquired a passion for the fighting Irish . . . and my family has been college educated and Presbyterian ever since. (Laughter and applause.) . . . I wandered into a course on international politics taught by a Czech refugee who specialized in Soviet studies, a man who had a daughter by the name of Madeleine Albright. With that one class, I was hooked. I discovered that my passion was Russia and all things Russian.

Regardless of the past, I truly now believe -that in light of yesterdays N Korean detonation, that every democrat voter in our U S A should make a concerted effort to avoid ever voting democrat again - or flat out risk nuclear detonations in our country -sooner rather then later (and hopefully never).

This is absolutely imperative now with the drug infused porn-brain Kim Jong-un firmly in control and running amok over N Korea. He has been "stating every two weeks now" that he is going to hit the United States with his nuclear warheads!
The sooner delusional mullah obama is out of the White House and the less there are of Senate democrats and House democrats -the safer we might all be.

I can’t argue with that, except that maybe they should vote against Hillary in the primaries on the way out.

...vote against Hillary

Yes and in fact, I saw in one of the threads here yesterday that someone had suggested conservatives vote in the hillary / sanders primary - - and vote for sanders, haha. Give the hillary supporters some of their own medicine.

It seems like some have been falling away, but the ones that remain (as far as I can tell) are the hardcore lefties that just keep digging in further. They’re really too busy/ engrossed in silly sh!+ (sorry) & blowing those things out of proportion to actually consider anything real. And when a few try to, they are quickly & firmly shut down.

Thing is, they won’t. They’ll even keep voting Democrat in the unshakable belief that Democrats will keep them safe.

And when mushroom clouds engulf the Worst Coast, should they survive, they will blame Republicans and conservatives for “stonewalling common-sense measures that would have prevented this from happening and resulted in a negotiated peace.”

Exactly. Only big government types want and have the ability to build nuclear weapons. Yet they think us flyovers with our pickup trucks are the greatest threat to the planet. Complete delusion. It takes a village to destroy a village. Some of them might realize that before they are blinded by the light, but most won’t.

They'll even keep voting Democrat

Yes, I think so too. I know I have been wasting my time earlier posting for any democrats reading here to discontinue voting for democrat candidates, but it did make for late night, good story book wishful thinking huh, lol.
