“Has Rubio moved left during the primary? No, he’s actually tacked right, especially on immigration.”

All out of convenience of course. Unfortunately he has a history with this issue for all to see.

Marco hid his leftist leanings for some time. He IS a snake. Give him a chance and he’ll legalize 50 million illegal Mexicans or equivalent.

Believing this is ignoring everything before your eyes during the last three years of his Senate term. He had the potential to be this, but he is not anything but a stooge for open borders and endless federal power to snoop in our lives, no matter what else he stands for that we agree on.

Rubio made promises during a campaign.
Once he was elected he went 180.
He’s a snake.

If Rubio is "establishment," the term has lost any real meaning. He's a consistent conservative whose positions and ideology largely align with whomever his critics prefer, Cruz included. He's a tea party champion who effectively expelled Charlie Crist from the Republican party and dealt a serious blow to Jeb Bush. For the most part, a fight between Rubio and Cruz is a fight over matters of tone and style, not substance. A fight between Rubio and Trump is a battle between a conservative and a populist. Unless something dramatic happens between now and the New Hampshire primary, the establishment has already lost this cycle. Only the insurgents remain.

Not true. Rubio can not be trusted. He campaigns as if he's still the darling of the Tea Party but once elected he's a different man.

Simple
Gang of Eight.

It’s a RESOUNDING NO for President.

He is to the right of some people. Like Democrat John Mccain.

Name me three things Rubio has vote for/against that were contrary to the GOP Establishment’s wishes?

Mr French - if Rubio had his way with the Gang of Eight bill then the entire conservative agenda would be a dead letter.

Dead, dead - dead. Forever and ever amen.

Simple enough?

National Review is what has lost it’s meaning. It is now a truly POS magazine. I was raised on NR from age 14 (1969). I wouldn’t hock a lugie in it today.

Rubio wanted to reward law breaking.

That’s Not-Conservative.

I don’t disagree. There aren’t any traditional pundits, journalist or conservatives - whatever that I believe any more. They are all to vested in their own feathered beds and lives. They have no connection whatsoever with drive by America.

Ron Johnson was a great, great disappointment. Going in, I think a lot of us had high hopes for him, but he has voted with the McConnell forces all the way. So, yeah, guys like him and Rubio are the “establishment.”
