That's close to the truth, in my opinion.

More likely, he is not opposed to starting a civil war, but is concerned how it would end, once the blood of patriots and tyrants alike have refreshed the tree of liberty.

Obama is a bully, and bullys are, when confronted, proven to be cowards. If we did have a civil war, his life and the lives of his families would get very difficult, to say the least.

I think he would try to confiscate our guns if he didn't think he would lose the ensuing civil war. I don't get the idea he would lose any sleep over a thinning of those who would oppose him.
