Let's not mince words: Donald Trump is a bigot and a racist.
Some will think this an outrageous label to apply to the frontrunner for a major party's presidential nomination. Ordinarily, I would agree that name-calling is part of what's wrong with our politics.

This is a typical example of the media coverage Donald Trump has received since he declared his candidacy. Story after story has been written and repeated for the last six months.
This is the media coverage Trump will receive from now until the election. It will be one attack after another.
Still Trump is winning.
This kind of media coverage would destroy any other candidate. But the media and the Washington insiders can not destroy Trump. He will win.

Dana Milbank was part of the Journolist, made up of hundreds of “reporters” and bloggers who were actively campaigning for 0bama in 2008. This is the same group that attacked Palin during the 2008 campaign, and long afterwards.
Why would anyone be surprised that the vile Milbank and a host of others of his ilk are now turning their venomous pens against Trump. It’s only to be expected, given the lowlifes involved.

Of course, in the case of The Donald, not much of anything that may impact his numbers negatively ends up sticking. How many times, already, has The Donald’s campaign been deemed to be “over”, yet he is out there the next day, with a bump in his polling numbers.

I would say: "It has been one attack after another. That is a major reason why Trump is winning."
Assuming without deciding, Trump (and everyone else) has every right to be somebody you don’t like - whether it’s your self-defined “bigot” or “racist” or whether you don’t like someone because they are left-handed or Christian or have a weird accent or from the South or anything else.
If you decide you don’t like someone because you think they are a “bigot” or a “racist” that is your problem, not theirs.
Donald Trump must have thousands of former employees, business associates and co-workers who could turn on him. Funny how they haven't been able to find one yet.

I need to see Trump take out a journo. Somebody with a past...drug rehab, DUIs, bad debts, sex tapes, etc. Time to shed some light on who are the people providing the coverage.

I heard he likes to crush kittens under his boot heels too. Srsly............... Article from last year but those that have the long knives out for Trump will continue to try to bring him down. One of my buddies went to the rally in Reno yesterday and said the place was packed to the gills. Of course there’s lots of “feel the Bern” types and hildebeast fans in Reno too. In this market, the only ads we saw during the play-off games yesterday were bernie and hildebeast ads. No repub ads that I recall.
