The US has apologised to Iran after 10 American sailors were arrested for entering Iranian waters, the commander of Iran‘s Revolutionary Guards naval forces has said.
General Ali Fadavi accused those detained of "unprofessional" acts.
But he suggested the group, who are being held by the guards, could be released soon.

I also heard on the news today that Iran says we apologized. State Department says we didn’t. Don’t know which is less trustworthy...
They didn’t fight because the Navy has reduced the standards of training for the woman on the left.

The initial report made it sound like the Iranians were helping out a couple of our boats in distress. Then they went all crazy haji and started ranting about “spies” and it all went out the window. Naturally, Kerry just ignored everything after the initial report.
Heard the Iranians and Russians are testing pulse technology. Maybe they “tested” on one of the boats, disabling it, and it drifted?
Maybe, but military equipment is supposed to be hardened against EMP.
His damage may not be fixable.
This entire story is bogus. No way in Hell two boats “wandered” into Iranian territory much less lost power at the same time. Fuel starvation would be extremely unlikely, and the Navy plans their paths to keep clear of foreign territory.
SEAL team to Farsi, get em out. Then, level the place. No... give em 150 billion to make a nuke to walk across our border.

Yep, you’re right. I had forgotten that happy fact.
Likely a staged photo op. The brass set these sailors up for capture so that Kerry could ride to the rescue and obtain their immediate release, in order to show how great the US - Iran relationship is because of the nuclear deal. Nothing is beneath these cretins.

I imagine the apology went something like this. Metaphorically speaking.
