For all those who revel in the fact that there are 374 days until President Obama finally gets the hell out of the White House, a cautionary note: Obama and his colleagues are RIGGING THE BUREAUCRACY so that their unique brand of "hope and change" extends far beyond their tenure.
The latest evidence: Attorney General Loretta Lynch SAID, "MY GOAL IS TO POSITION the [Department of Justice] WHERE IT WILL CARRY ON IN ALL OF THESE ISSUES LONG AFTER MYSELF AND MY TEAM HAVE MOVED ON." specifically to how she planned to prosecute gun sellers under Obama's new executive actions.
Lynch, unlike her predecessor Eric Holder, isn't a bomb-thrower. Like President Obama before his self-deification, Lynch hides behind vagary and a general sense of reasonableness. "We went in thinking We're going to ask her the toughest questions we can come up with," says Steven Edwards. "And we couldn't lay a glove on her." New York Magazine states, Lynch simply ran out the clock on Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) 97%'s (R-TX) questions to her during her confirmation hearings.

She's also threatened to prosecute those who use "anti-Muslim rhetoric [that] edges toward violence" and said that her "greatest fear" is the "incredibly disturbing rise of anti-Muslim rhetoric." Only after conservative media outcry did Lynch back down, downgrading her comments to state that she would only prosecute "deeds, not words."

And, of course, Lynch has not yet launched an indictment of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, despite widespread evidence of lawbreaking that would have landed any other public figure at a defense table long ago.

As just one rapidly aging citizen, I WANT to hope that a Trump/ Cruz administration will sweep clean the corruption.
I believe it is only possible by eliminating Dept of Education, Environmental Protection Agency. Probably,only possible by decreasing budget of every federal agency.
Trump/ Cruz should get a think tank [mini-cabinet] together NOW to identify obama’s CHANGE & past corruption to be able to address on day 1 of new administration

DOJ will need a cleaning. Political appointees should all be fired. No review - Obama did that. If they passed his review, they automatically fail the review from any decent American.
What she is saying, is that she has been working to put as many radical leftists in civil-service slots as possible.
You might be able to replace the top managers, but all their staff will work hard to undermine any Republican agenda. The only way to defeat them would be to abolish civil service protections.

Really, there is much to that. Setting up the various bureaucracies is exactly what Clinton did. Bush did practically nothing to reverse it. obama made it worse.
If we do not have a Trump or a Cruz as the next leader, someone that does push back and reverses the trend, Lynch will be exactly right.
The federal government needs a good pruning. Many agencies can either be eliminated, privatized or their functions given to the states. What’s left need to be made to conform to the Constitution.

Nothing short of a complete (ideological) housecleaning will be necessary, practically down to the person who empties wastebaskets & sweeps the hallways. But what a logistical nightmare that would be to implement.
