Republican pollster Frank Luntz asked a South Carolina focus group who won Thursday night’s GOP debate — and the members “overwhelmingly†chose one candidate.
“We got 26 South Carolinians and they are very clear about what happened tonight,†Luntz said on Fox News.
“Normally I do a show of hands. This time, I’m going to count down and you’re going to tell the American people who won this evening,†he told the focus group. “Are you ready? Three, two, one—.â€
The audience unanimously shouted

Luntz loaded the group with Rubio fans. Saw that - and Luntz’s annoying toupee - and stopped watching.
Trump obviously won.
Cruz second - he screwed up on NY values and got screwed by the moderators who let Rubio attack him on 11 issues. Cruz had time to respond to one or two.
Rubio third. His first remarks were good. Then he began speaking too fast - Red Bull kick in?
Then Christie.
They need to cut it down to 5 at the next debate.
Frank Luntz hasn’t regained what little credibility he lost on the night of the first debate, when his focus group unambiguously pronounced the political death of Trump.
He can’t stand trump , especially since Trump said he was a fat slob of which he is.
Luntz’s focus groups haven’t exactly been all that accurate or predictive in the past soooo.....
But I thought Cruz, Trump and Rubio to a degree had pretty fair nights.

Luntz was part of the final hit job on Trump after the first debate.
Luntz said Trump was finished after the first debate.
So Luntz’s credibility is shot. Kaput.
Luntz lost his credibility a long time ago, he is just a Fan Boy of the ruling Elite.

To be honest, Donnie is carrying several extra pounds. He needs to get out of the golf cart and walk a little more.
Yes, Luntz looked like a complete idiot after completely getting the post-first debate analysis wrong. He wasn’t even close. I used to listen to him, but after that it was clear that it was all baloney.
He’s a slimey snake.
All you had to do was watch it. It was pretty obvious Cruz won that debate.
Some precincts voted 115% or even more for Obama. GOPe couldn’t have cared less.
Quick, one of you should find another source saying how the Luntz group says Cruz won...
