I didn’t even know he was ill. so sorry to hear this. Glenn will be sorely missed.
Goodness knows, I am not a “perfect FReeper” but honestly folks, this has been posted a MINIMUM of 5 times already! I am beginning to think of Glen as Generallisom Francisco Franco, with the number of times his death has been announced!
RIP Glenn.
Glenn was in my first big movie, “Let’s Get Harry.” Wonderful guy - extremely witty. He called me “Words” - I called him “Tunes.” prayers for the repose of his soul.
One of the best song writing duos ever, although I can’t agree that Don had the better voice.
Real, God-given American talent. I never get tired of their music. Off to watch History of the Eagles on Netflix again.
He’s one that I really hated to hear about passing. RIP-Eagle Man!
First Bowie and now Frey. I don’t get it, why are all these former hardcore cocaine addicts dying?
Oh, how very sad! I liked him a lot! Enjoyed his appearance on Miami Vice, and their use of his music, back in the day.

I wonder what Mojo Nixon’s reaction was?
“Darnit, wrong Eagle!”
Of course it’s true that Don Henley actually did get up on stage and performed “Don Henley Must Die” with Mojo, and they’re actually good friends.
RIP Glen Frey. You will be missed
And Keith Richards outlives another...
The Eagles music was a gift. I took little notice of Bowie’s music, but Glenn was at a level far above.
