Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor and 2008 vice-presidential nominee who became a Tea Party sensation and a favorite of grass-roots conservatives, will endorse Donald J. Trump in Iowa on Tuesday, officials with his campaign confirmed. The endorsement provides Mr. Trump with a potentially significant boost just 13 days before the state's caucuses.
Cruz is now desperate. Governor Branstad spanked him. Governor Palin endorsed his opponent. Senator Cruz must be be under severe stress today. He sees the dream slipping away. So yes, he will take a nutcase like Beck. Iowa is his best chance. If he fails in Iowa, he is not looking good.
Until majority of Americans want to restrict abortions, nothing is going to change. Take it to the bank.

Trump supporters were on defense from the start when every Pro Trump thread was appended with Trump/Cruz when that didn't help the insults started big time. What I see here today is shameful, there have always been some anti Palin smut peddlers here but now Cruz supporters have one upped them. Calling Palin a whore is a little over the top.
Only politicians can be trusted to keep their word according to the purists. This just increased Trump’s odds dramatically and he understands that.
I like both Trump and Cruz and the difference is very small if any. Control the border, deport the illegals and stop anchor babies, pro 2nd amendment, build the military, cut the budget...and he has the megaphone to lead the charge.
Forget Palin endorsement. Cruz needs to worry more about what 4 times re-elected governor Branstad said about Cruz.

His so-called apologies and recantings are phony, slimy, disingenuous,hypocritical, and ONLY done whne he is caught and called out.
So Cruz can make VERY bad choices, whilst a POL, who has a vote, but as a PRIVATE CITIZEN, 20 years ago, what Trump might have said on some T.V. interview, is to be perpetually held against him, after he has long ago changed his positions? Oh.....okay....gotcha. LOL

The information about Cruz that you were using was much older than the information about Trump I was using - everything I listed was from the past 6 months, since Trump has been running for president, while most of yours was from several years ago long before Cruz was running. So who is attempting to pivot here?
If pandering to big corn interests is the only way to win Iowa, then maybe Cruz shouldn't even try.
Trump wants you to pay higher taxes in order to force you to buy crappy fuel that costs too much and ruins your engine just so you can get his corrupt ass behind the Oval Office desk.

I feel sorry for Ted; he is either getting VERY bad advice, or he is making them himself. This isn't good and yes, I expected more/better judgement from him.
If cruz were to win we have to light a fire under his butt when it comes to immigration and a few other things.

I knew from her appearance at Reagan’s Ranch one week after the San Bernardino terrorist attack, that she had winnowed her favorites down to Trump and Cruz because she said as much, without naming their two names: ‘OUTSIDERS’ she said, but ‘an outsider could include one who always fights Washington.’
That appearance was on CSPAN’S BookTV.
She had previously talked about backbone, spine, not being humble in the face of a fight so I ruled out Dr. Carson and during the Q & A she was asked about Carley and her answer ruled out Fiorina, too.
It amazes me that Trump is supposed to be “Mr Truth” when in fact he tells anyone he can what they want to hear.
Seems Trump has no problem with buying votes with my tax dollars...
