I wonder if Trump is giving Cruz some kind of boost by paying so much attention to him. I think he’s done better just to leave him alone unless he needs to answer some direct charge Cruz makes. Otherwise, I think Trump does better leaving Cruz alone - Cruz’s appearances seem to be about as meager generally as Jebby’s appearances.

If I had to write a title it would be “Trump leads nearest competitor in a crowded field by 20%”. That’s pretty darn impressive, considering that Cruz’s staff threw everything they could at Trump this week.
