Fair enough, reject all of the words in the article that Erik wrote. But please look at the contribution table which shows that Trump made huge contributions to McConnell, Rove, and Boehner. Trump funded the Gope’s war on us. Trump is not our friend.

Snif.... You will be missed. take your ball and go home. Your an offensive poop head. but the level of discourse coming from the team that seems to be loosing is over the top. Who the blank do you think you are? Those of us supporting Trump are well aware that he didn't have the conservative pedigree of Ted, but we are making an informed decision none the less. Especially here and of this board. I like Ted very much, but I don't think he can take on the media machine. We need Trump for national triage. We need to stop the hemorrhaging or we won't have a nation to roll back the progressives from. He is a business man, he wasn't trying to establish policy. Some politician asked him for money, so he contributed. His org is so big he might not have been aware of the difference between the two candidates. Hell he might not have personally written the check. My point is that he is a private citizen, not a policy maker. He has had 0 influence in where this country has gone. The rest of the field does in fact share some of the responsibility, even if it's just a little bit.Done ranting sorry about the diatribe...

So, Trump can’t be held responsible for anything he has ever done or said in the past. Yet, we are supposed to trust that he is on our side based on what he is saying now. He has generously funded our enemies within the last three years. He is not our friend.

You’re missing the point. None of that matters to the people who are rebelling against the establishment. Beck, Lowry, Erickson, et al, are swatting at gnats. All of the attacks launched against Trump these last several months have failed. He’s the only candidate proposing the bold strokes the people are yearning for.

Cruz would be a lot better off hardening and sharpening his own positions. But it’s going to be tough taking a harder stand against the illegal alien and Muslim invasions than Trump has. Trump has staked out some winning positions.

Nit picking will go nowhere. RINOs Beck, Lowry, Erickson, et al, are weak sisters and will pull Cruz down.

In 2013, the tea party rallied to Matt Bevin against Donald Trump. RedState and tea party groups around the country swung into action in an ultimately unsuccessful bid to get Matt Bevin through the primary against Mitch McConnell. We were completely out-funded by establishment interests and Washington lobbyists. It turns out, one of those establishment interests was Donald J. Trump. In 2013, Donald Trump gave $220,000.00 to organizations, many of them dedicated to stamping out the Tea Party. From Karl Rove’s American Crossroads to Mitch McConnell’s Super PAC, Trump spread out money. Rove got $50,000.00 and McConnell got $60,000.00. Trump also wrote...

Thou doth protest too much

Nice nick though

Some Cruz folks are obnoxious

Nor do I agree in demonizing Cruz

I prefer Trump by a degree because I believe he’s more effective and I’m tired of political talk

Ted does that

Trump doesn’t know how frankly

I won’t be voting for Trump either, but it’s important to show up and vote for the down-ballot candidates.

The fake conservatives we keep electing are the ones who propped him up. And who are propping up Ryan too.

And Trump was donating to groups dedicated to electing those very same "fake conservatives" - but that doesn't bother you, because Trumpism isn't about reason or logic or consistency or conservatism. It is about "winning" and sticking it to "the establishment" - even though Trump apparently is already letting it be known that he plans on joining "the establishment" if elected.

Trump Donations. What’s the big deal people?......Trump should have some pretty good deals with Congress as President, ‘Making America Great Again’ since he donated money to all those undesirable politicians.
How can they say no when he ‘owns’ them?

People are flat out delusional about Trump, and projecting all sorts of conservative merits on to him, facts be damned.

Like I said before, take your ball and go home! He had to run a business. He donated to repubicans and rats alike. I think he loves this country and is going to go to the mats to try to right the ship. So sorry he’s not a purist like yourself, but neither am I. I think he is worried about our nation just like lots of other people. I don’t think he is a lib, not by a long shot. He shoots from the hip and isn’t afraid to offend.
