Well that is certainly no thanks to cruz. He was not the one to step out and lay out a vision for America in the face of charges of racism, Trump did that. And when Trump directly confronted the media, did cruz stand with him? no, cruz said "that is not my policy" and sat back waiting for Trump to make the next move. Then when it turns out that Trump's vision for America is popular with actual Americans, cruz tries to jump out in front and say me too!! and it was all my idea. You have your doers, and you have your career politicians, I think it is pretty clear where Trump and Cruz stand on that scale.

As an aside, you might want to downscale your Goldman Sachs references, seeing that Trump and Goldman Sachs are joined at the hip and have been for years.
