No where does she cite the Fed govt for setting up roadblocks to harass and detain civil protesters.
There are two things the Feds could/should have done to elevate the situation: Release the two prisoners... and ignored the protesters. At some point they would have gotten bored...and gone home.
One wonders why Santilli is a part of the affidavit. He was on record right from the beginning as opposing the takeover and said he would stay for the outcome and to document what was going on. Didn’t read all of the affidavit as I have to head to work.
