If Hillary Clinton is not prosecuted, it's because the White House and Congress were aware of it and gave full approval for it. It may have been set up specifically to conduct U.S. foreign affairs outside normal oversight.
Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if the Clinton Foundation is actually a CIA front organization.
Remember, several people in his admin were using private email-not just Hillary and the State Dept. Where their accounts were hosted, I don’t know.
