From all accounts, went straight to his personal foundation instead.

That’s what I keep wondering! If only it was Ivanka who was running. She was in a political ad in Iowa, I’ve heard them all, and it was the one I liked the best of Trump’s. Now I will watch the vid.

Trump announced he was donating $1 million on top of $5 million in similar and somewhat smaller sized donations from friends and supporters of Trump, including online donations that brought the total to over $6 million. A website set up by Trump Thursday morning, DonaldTrumpforVets.com to accept online donations stated $570,000 had been raised via the website as of Thursday night. The donations were being collected by the Donald J. Trump Foundation for disbursement to the veterans groups.
Four of the groups are based in Iowa: The Mulberry Street Veterans Shelter, Projects for Patriots, Puppy Jake and Support Siouxland Soldiers.
