He said he would repeal and replace with a system that eliminates state border restrictions for purchasing insurance.
I heard him say he would get rid of Obama care, that it’s replacement would surround the concept of health savings accounts, and be a private sector heavy system. Heard him say it first hand.

Really? (And no, I’m not being a smartass at all.) I haven’t been able to find anything that indicates any such specifics in Trump’s plan - and I happen to believe that portability across state lines is a major factor in reducing the cost of health care (which is not the same as health insurance). The other major factor in lowering the cost is getting government entirely the hell out of it. Invariably, when government is involved, it always involves price controls, which only serve to drive prices up - no matter the commodity.
