Following the Iowa caucuses, the gloves have clearly come off between Republican caucus victor Ted Cruz and runner-up Donald Trump.
But of course Trump doesn't actually expect anyone to nullify Iowa's results.
Continuing the tweetstorm, Trump also pointed to a much-criticized Cruz mailer mocked up to look like an official notice from election authorities and geared at shaming Iowans into voting for him. That poll found that Trump had an overwhelming national lead, 34 percent to second-place Cruz at 18 percent.
'I think some people were disappointed that I didn't go into the debate, ' Trump said.
Candidates now move on to the New Hampshire caucuses next week, where Trump is, again, leading Cruz in the polls going in.

It was more than that.
Don made a lot of mistakes in Iowa, let’s see if he’s learned from them.
That says more about how self-important Iowans are than it does about Trump.
This is a hit piece on Trump. He has never made a mistake in his life!
Yes, there are two types of people in the world: 1) People who know the world revolves around Trump and 2) People who are wrong.
Perhaps voters across the nation will appreciate that wonderful achievement. What other candidate has raised anything for anyone except their bloated campaign staffs and expenses?
How many malleable positions does he have on the Iowa Caucus now? He’s sure is all over the place in the last 48 hours, even by his weird standards. I guess getting back near New York brought out his inner liberal.
How many times has this basically same story been posted.
Of course if Cruz hadn’t cheated Trump may have won. We’ll never know.
Will his supporters here pointing out the sheer genius of the decision follow his lead?
Skipping the debate was also a big middle finger to the entrenched power & attempted control of the US election processes by the mainstream media .
In that context , it was a HEROIC move !
For sure! Raising $6 million for the vets beats a rigged debate any ol’ day.
Iowans picked Cruz...pretty much beyond Trumps control.
And Trump donated $l,000,000.00.
So picking fights with woman and then running away is heroic? Trump fanboys are funny breed.
Trump should sue himself.
