In the Iowa Democratic party's chaotic attempt to report caucus results on Monday night, the results in at least one precinct were unilaterally changed by the party as it attempted to deal with the culmination of a rushed and imperfect process overseeing the first-in-the-nation nominating contest.
In Grinnell Ward 1, the precinct where elite liberal arts college Grinnell College is located, 19 delegates were awarded to Bernie Sanders and seven were awarded to Hillary Clinton on caucus night. However, the Iowa Democratic party decided to shift one delegate from Sanders to Clinton on the night and did not notify precinct secretary J Pablo Silva that they had done so. Silva only discovered that this happened the next day, when checking the precinct results in other parts of the county.
The shift of one delegate at a county convention level would not have significantly affected the ultimate outcome of the caucus, but rather, it raises questions aboutthe Iowa Democratic party's management of caucus night.

I think Trump knew what he was doing when he made a lot of noise about Cruz in Iowa.
It wasn’t about Cruz.
It wasn’t about Carson.
It wasn’t about the difference between 8 delegates or 7 delegates.
Trump sent a message to the Democrats: “I will not roll over for people who play games when the votes are counted. Don’t try that crap with me.”
The Democrats need to cheat if they want to win. Trump says: No dice.
The Des Moines Register claims to be investigating it.
One can only hope.

That’s like Joe Conforti “investigating” the Mustang Ranch for tax fraud!
It will be pretty tough to investigate vote totals for the Dems caucus. They weren’t required to report votes, just delegates for the candidates.
The Iowa Democratic party has agreed to audit the vote totals in some precincts. The paper only called for it and will presumably reporting the results.
This is the equivalent of finding an extra box of Democratic votes on some Indian reservation.
Democrats act like voter fraud doesn’t exist...
IF they really believed that they should pass a bill making voter fraud a crime with a mandatory 5 year prison sentence.

You can bet that this is not the only precinct where this happened. Hillary has a lot of power over the fraud machine.
