I've never seen or known of a case where the plaintiff demanded a confidentiality agreement as part of the settlement, so it must have been an amount so large that Univision did not want it to become public.
If it’s a public company it’ll be discernible in their next earnings statement as either an outlay or a reserve against an outstanding liability. Just look to compare the delta in the quarterly statements.
