“I’m no longer commenting on Hillary. I’ll be shocked if she’s my opponent. She’s a criminal. She’ll be under indictment soon. Did you really study what she did? The illegal emails. The national secrets of our country on a server in her bathroom closet? The bribes at The Clinton Foundation. The lies of Benghazi right to the face of the parents of dead soldiers. She’s a mess. She’s going to be indicted. She’s not headed to the White House. She’s headed to the Big House. So I am preparing for Bernie, or a last minute replacement like Joe Biden as my opponent. Hillary is no longer viable- unless she’s saved by a corrupt political fix.”

My bet is that Trump doesn’t say anything close to this.

I just read today that 75% of the employees in the silicon valley are foreign.

After this article it is time to hand out mops to the Cruznadians to mop up all their brain splatter. This will do it.

Root doesn't acknowledge the polling data that shows both Cruz and Rubio performing better against Hillary than Trump has so far, granting that Trump hasn't yet really cut loose on her.

Trump's biggest problem going forward (assuming he succeeds in nailing down the nomination) is going to be the partisan MSM. Everybody on FR knows what those scumbags are like.

I will vote for Trump, but in the “foot in the mouth” cagegory, he is NO RONALD REAGAN and he must school himself to not do so many gaffes.

They're not gaffes. They're purposeful statements intended to do exactly what they do...get the press to write about him. He's made the calculation that he'll get more votes then he loses due to the publicity.

Believe me, a globalist like Cruz is no Reagan.

I'm a Cruz fan but this VAT/Back-Door Shamnesty stuff has got me worried. That, and the discovery that he's got a Chamber superlobbyist named Lycan on his team, and that his wife is still in bed with The Great Vampire Squid.

What wife wouldn't quit her job at a whorehouse to help her husband run for mayor? That's what I've been asking myself. And why does Cruz seem to think he can thread the needle with this issue of a familial conflict of interest?

Do what you gotta do.

I did not vote for McCain.

Trump is the best shot we have at stopping The Cheap Labor Express.

Also consider that Cruz eliminates the employer contribution to Social Security in his tax plan. The democrats will beat him to death on that alone.

I was the first to compare Trump to Ronald Reagan.

That's not something to brag about. "I was the first to compare Kim Kardashian to Audrey Hepburn".

I just wonder what he thinks Kim Kardashian has in common with Audrey Hepburn other than the hair color?

I see him more in line with Hoover, not Reagan.

Then you don't know much about any of them.

I don’t know. Let’s see if tonight’s master debate does anything to the state of the race.

Excellent analysis. Trump seems to have mastered the Saul Alinsky method of destroying an opponent:

From Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals":

RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it." Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)

The Democrats have been using this tactic to delegitimize conservatives since the 1960's. Trump is the first Republican to figure out what they're doing and turn it against them, and he has them on the defensive.

When Shrillary is indicted, either Biden or Bloomberg will step up. Be ready to focus on them, also.
