That would be true if the nominee Obama submits is confirmed. We should be ensuring our Senate does not confirm ANY nominee he submits, period. It isn’t a year; it is 9 or 10 months to the new Administration. This Muslim must not be allowed to pollute our court any further.
The GOP controlled Senate would have to do a long stall job. And not cave as they usually do to obama. It would tilt the balance of the court to liberal again.
