"What will they eventually do with it?"

Not much, really. At least 18,500 of said tanks are either M-48 Patton or T-55s.

And, they'll stay in their home countries with the Mig-17s and F-86s of their air forces.

Those 350,000 men? They'll get up at the same time Saturday morning and call it good.

It's laughable. But it's typical for Islamic countries.

“These countries do not have the logistics to run the supply chain it would take to keep something this massive operational for 18 days let alone to form it up.”

I think this will be an exercise coordinated by international calls on cell phones. That’s about the only way I can see some of those countries, like Sudan, participating.

ISIS/Al-Qaeda is being mopped up by Syria and Russia. and it’s why there is a flood of migrants. It’s ISIS in retreat.

Saudi Arabia is protecting ISIS/Al-Qaeda because this is their proxy army. It’s much like the French a Foreign Legion is the proxy army for France.

So Saudi Arabia is taking the side of the people that killed over 3,000 people on September 11th, 2001. I know Saudi Arabia is lying to the public and saying they are there to destroy ISIS. Did Syria invite Saudi Arabia? Answe: No they invited Russia. Did Iraq invite Saudi Arabia? Answer: No they are working with Syria, Russia and Iran to mop up ISIS.

Saudi Arabia is our enemy and NOT our friends. 15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudi Arabian. We should have attacked them instead of Iraq.

If Saudi Arabia does this, then expect Iran to attack Saudi Arabia via Iraq. Oh and expect the Russia, Syria, Iran and possibly China on one side of this.

If we are smart, then we will STAY OUT. Going in would not only bankrupt us but risk nuclear war. The Saudis are crazy, and should have been discarded a long time ago.

Finally, oil prices will go back up. This is because if the current trend continues Saidi Arabia will collapse. This is the main reason why they are attacking. Besides they have been trying to get that gas pipeline forever.

There will be a huge debate over here if we the USA should jump in World War III.

Airspace will be closed over Saudia Arabia. Hopefully EXCEPT for Israeli aircraft. The Americans can’t shoot down the Israeli bombers on their way to Iran if they’re not allowed to fly over Saudia Arabia.

I thought 20,000 tanks sounded wrong.

“I don’t think Saudi Arabia HAS 20K tanks, much less crews for them.”

No poop, Sherlock. Maybe 300 or so, which is still A LOT for a 3rd world shitehole:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Saudi_Air_Force

Not to mention, as you point out, good luck with them having that many competent warcraft drivers.

And about a 1000 tanks (not 20,000), which is still a lot:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saudi_Arabian_Army#Tanks

Once again, unlikely that they have that many skilled crews.

Whoever wrote the article is a gold-plated eejit or simply an ignorant propagandist who thinks the rest of the world is as stupid as he is.

20,000 tanks huh? I had no idea the Saudis had an armored force 35% larger than Russia and over twice as big as ours.

Russia has 15,000. We have around 8,000. And the Saudis have 20,000. A new world order. As for the 2,500 another miracle. They have around 300.

“I wonder if now, for the first time in human history, Arabs can enforce peace in their region.”

The most brutal dictatorship in the region, far worse than Iran. A feudal monarchy. A nation only second to North Korea in terms of its respect for the rights of the individual. And they will “enforce” peace.

Lot of interesting concepts there. A brutal theocratic dictatorship, “enforcing” peace.

Here is what is happening over there. The Saudis want to transport oil into Turkish ports. in oder to do this, the need to get rid of Assad. The Suez Canal CAN NOT handle super tankers-keep that in mind. That is why the want to build that pipelins to Turkey. Then, that oil goes to the Euro market which take the monopoly away from Russia. Putin knows this, of course, and that is why he backs Assad.

The problems in the Ukraine is another part of the oil monopoly because much of the gas and oil from Russia to Eurpoe is transported through the Ukraine. The Russian economy is on the brink and that is why they are fighting to stop the Turks and Arabs from building that oil infrastructure. Turkey and the Saudis are greasing Obastards palms for support against the Russians. Obama is also supplying Isis...I.E. Benghazi gun running crime. That is why they dont want the truth to be got out considering what happened in Libya.

Let Putin gain control in Syria and he will control 60% of the oil in the world. He knows this of course, but will never admit it.

The key is the KURDS. Drive a wedge in between Iran, Iraq and the rest and things will calm down. Destroy Isis, kick Turkey out of NATO and manhandle the Saudis. The Saudis are controlling our government by the use of oil.

Do you remember how Reagan destroyed the old Soviet Union? He went to the Saudis and had them lower the price of crude oil to the point where it broke the Soviet Union.

Help the Kurds, become oil independent and see what happens.

It’s more than the pipeline. If that’s all it was, they could have paid Assad a pipeline fee. He would have happily accepted cash. This is about spreading Sunni wahabbism and sunni jihad.
Same for Egypt, Same for Libya.
Secular strongmen are being attacked all over the middle east. Saudi money and US /EU force is behind it.

It’s deeper than just a pipeline game. And for what its worth, a pipeline through Jordan into Israel would do the same thing.

Nope..and yes the secular comes into it as they cant stand Assad. That is why they need him out.

But it is ALL about the oil infrastructure. And BTW, where do you find the port facility to handle oil around Israel? And they are going to deal with Isreal? You need to face the facts. THEY are Israels enemy. That pipeline was to run through Syria to Turkey and then over the straights into Europe. The rest was to be shipped via tankers to N America.

Assad would have blackmailed them if they paid him revenue. You kidding? Give control of a pipeline to another enemy by running it through his country?

Too bad they didn’t try to clear the way for their pipeline on their own in the first place. It would have spared us and the world 9/11, Afghanistan, Iraq, and the Arab Spring.
