Ted could have that domain name if he wanted based on current case law. Open and shut case.

Jeb can just have the domain back if it is owned by a U.S. entity. Case law supports relinquishing the domain.

I think that’s why Trump hit him so hard in the debate. He’s trying to finish him off. We should all be thanking and, more importantly, supporting him for and in this. The Bush brand needs to be destroyed. It’s way past time.
