Years ago, in a High School history book I read where some old dead white guy said (more or less) We’ve created a wonderful Republic, IF we can hold on to it.” Kinda like that. Today, sadly, THE ISSUE IS IN DOUBT. Not looking to good at all.
I avoid TV, so I missed the news when the U.S. Constitution was repealed.
Time for congress to impeach this boy and have him serve some JAIL TIME1111
Maybe the regime could use some extra signatures to carry more weight.
My golden retriever would be more than happy to sign - would make her tail wag.
This would magnify its force of legitimization by a hundred fold!
The good part about ubama signing it without the Senate is that it really is not worth the paper it is written on. We will be just like Togo or Malawi or, for that matter even Spain or Slovenia or Germany. We can just turn a blind eye to the agreement any time we want. Don’t meet the guidelines? Oh, Sorry!
(Of course, if the Dems win the White House, or the Repubs fold again on a Supreme Court pick,it won’t matter anyway. We’re screwed.)

Obama can sign whatever he wants...but the Senate must approve it to bear any weight.
I thought the boy was worried about “constitutional doody” yesterday. Freakin’ hypocrite. Spoiled little Kenyan brat. He wants it his way or he’ll call you a “rasis”. It’s one hell of a way to rule over a population. A phone, a pen and a race card. The Founding Fathers have to be looking down and are very pissed. Especially John Adams and Ben Franklin.
He’s certainly permitted to sign the treaty. It just has no legal force unless the Senate ratifies it. Just like he can nominate someone to the Court, but it isn’t a lifetime appointment unless it is confirmed.

But wait a minute...it ain’t global warmin’ no more, it done turned to climate change, didn’t it?
The rest of 0bama’s time in office should be spent defending himself against impeachment charges. He should be kept so busy that he doesn’t have time for any other mischief. It’d take the rest of this year just to lay out all the “treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors” acts committed by the impostor.
They know that as soon as Trump gets in all that crap goes down the tubes. He’s not going to honor anything Obama signs.
